1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Eligibility

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we approve refunds if:

• The request is made within 14 days of the purchase.
• AND you have encountered a technical error that prevented you from using the service.
• AND you have used fewer than 500 credits on the paid plan.
