Terms of Service

By accessing PDFitize ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them as simple as possible.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our API, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and promise that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. API Usage & Limits

  • You may not use the API for any illegal purpose.
  • You agree not to bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer the API.
  • Fair Use: We reserve the right to throttle or ban accounts that cause excessive load on our infrastructure (e.g., DDOS attacks or scraping).

3. Data Retention

We are privacy-first: Input HTML and output PDFs are deleted from our servers immediately after the transaction is complete. We do not store your documents.

4. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFitize shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, India.
